Wow, it's a good job they brought in Chip and Pin, that's really helped a lot hasn't it! Read this if you want to be shocked by how much data is passed from your card into the machine and is accessible by the shop assistants for some time afterwards.

Chip and Pin devices... Right they really faciliate the job of credit card fraudsters. But i've read an article about security innovation to be introduced by big credit card companies. It's a unique verification code to be provided after you inseart your PIN. Maybe, it'll help?
