Absolute farce, incompetent government organisation...saw the blank cheques and got excited, realised people wouldn't be happy, forced to change their mind.
They really should sort it out, make some rules and then follow them with no exceptions, even if the media wave blank cheques in your face.

Interestingly I can't seem to find mention of this on bbc news, certainly not on the front page. My faith in the BBC's ability to criticize the government is fading.
