John McCain, whom you may remember from his "what are contraceptives for?" incident, intends to be the next president of America, yet he hasn't really been participating in his actual job for five weeks, missing his 42nd vote in a row yesterday (a resolution on the Iraq war, hardly irrelevant stuff). What's the point in going round talking about policies and campaigning, when you actively refuse to use your one main democratic method of input: the vote. What a retard.
