BBC NEWS | Business | BA may face £350m collusion bill
We all know this is illegal, as well as completely undermining the market system, but do we care? When companies break the law they don't get a fine, it's a "bill". Doesn't this word almost imply that it's expected? You get a "bill" for using making a phone call or eating at a restraunt, not breaking the law. Maybe this is showing us that corporate crimes are an assumed part of every day life. They can probably pay in monthly installments.
