Democracy Until We Win

BBC NEWS | World | Middle East | Abbas sacks Hamas-led government

Aides to Mr Abbas said the president would call elections as soon as possible in an effort to end fighting between Hamas and Fatah in Gaza.
This is a sneaky old trick. Keep holding elections until you win! What will happen if Hamas win again, for a second time? They'll still be denied power? Still forced to take to the streets with AK-47s?

i dont think anyone is forcing them to run around the streets shooting people...where did you hear that from?

well if they want to take control over their own land and people, then picking up guns seems to be the only remaining option. obv its the last resort but they tried taking power democratically and it didnt work
