President Bush Makes Fun of Himself (really)

This is fucking sick. Society has really reached the bottom of the barrel when the most powerful man in the world commits multiple war crimes, breaks domestic laws countless times, and then goes and make a speech at a dinner joking about it, and everyone laughs! "Last year my approval rating was only 30%, and my vice president had shot someone".

Everyone pissed themselves for about five minutes after that.

I'm surprised the next joke wasn't "It's been a bad few years. We've killed about 700,000 civilians in Iraq!"
