This is pure blackmail because they know the government has no choice than to give them the money, which is the governments fault for giving every arms deal ever to BAE rather than promoting competition. The head of defence giant BAE Systems has said the company could consider leaving the UK if military spending ever fell below a "reasonable level".Well fuck off then! Personally I'd be much happier if rather than giving you £2bn to bribe Saudi Princes with, it was kept in the treasury and spent on things we actually needed.
