Artemis Fowl scribe to pen sixth Hitchhiker's novel • The Register

Fans of Douglas Adams' Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy are likely to react strongly to the announcement that Artemis Fowl author Eoin Colfer has been given the green light to write a sixth book in the series - 16 years after the release of Mostly Harmless.

You're damn right I'm going to react strongly. This is bullshit! The Hitchhiker's Guide series is one of the best I've ever read, and there's no way in hell that anyone apart from Douglas Adams could match that kind of style and humor. No offense to this Eoin Colfer guy, I haven't read his books they might be great, but he's not Douglas Adams!

Disgraceful.
