Yes, because heaven forbid that our enemies acquire the same weapons as us. I'm no more worried about North Korea having nuclear weapons than I am about the USA or UK owning them. The only thing I'm worried about is more countries having nuclear weapons, and this will be the case as long as the number is above zero.
