What do they expect facebook to do, modify their entire website so it picks up the GPS position of a user accessing it and works out if they're in a prison and then blocks access? Yeah that makes sense! Even though PRISONERS AREN'T ALLOWED MOBILE PHONES OR ANY FORM OF COMMUNICATION!

Prisoners are not allowed mobile phones. The problem is that they are smuggling them in up their arse or something apparently, and that is an issue that needs to be looked at and fixed. It has FUCK ALL TO DO WITH FACEBOOK! Can you imagine this conversation:
