Police Still Don't Get It.

Woman 'detained' for filming police search launches high court challenge | Politics | guardian.co.uk
When Atkinson protested, the officer replied: "I don't want to see myself all over the internet."
This is exactly what happened at the G20. The problem is: The police are cunts. The solution to this is not to stop being cunts, but to stop people being aware of that fact! As long as no one knows, it's a-ok.

However, the Met's guidance, which has been criticised by human rights lawyers and the National Union of Journalists, has not been endorsed by the Home Office, which is drafting its own legal advice for police.

The Met's guidance is different to that issued by the National Policing Improvement Agency, which specifically advises that "officers do not have a legal power to delete images or destroy film", and suggests that, while digital images might be viewed during a search, officers "should not normally attempt to examine them".

Well at least the police are recieveing consistent advice, only 3 seperate organisations have issued conflicting statements! Any more than that and one might wonder if the police or this government had a fucking clue.

I'll leave you with this:
