This is often forgotten, but worth remembering. The entire beauty of the internet is in its decentralisation, the fact that its not "owned" or "controlled" by one person or company. This quote on BBC news really made me smile because it's by someone else who gets it, but it then lead me to fear for how long the internet will remain open and free, before it becomes Internet PLC?
